We wanted the high school students who came for work to experience a gift that would be memorable and heartfelt, and we wondered if something sweet would make them happy. After some trial and error, we decided to make an original parfait, which is how it all began.
Moved by the way they ate with such fervor and the smiles on their faces saying "It's delicious!", we decided to give the sweets business a serious effort.

Spring -Limited "Strawberry"
An exquisite harmony of rich sweetness and refreshing acidity.We offer a luxurious parfait made with plenty of the rare "Amarin" variety, which can only be harvested in small quantities from a single plant.
Summer -limited "Melon"
This parfait is made with plenty of "Yuka Melon," a type of melon that is rarely found on the market.
Because only one Yuka Melon is allowed to grow on each tree, the nutrients are tightly concentrated, resulting in a melon with a high sugar content and a refreshing, gentle fragrance.
