1968: born in Tomioka-shi.
1990: joined EIKOH SEISAKUSYO, a company founded by his father, with 5 years of experience at a different company.
2011: became president. When he joined the company, orders had dropped sharply due to the hollowing out of domestic manufacturing and the subsequent Lehman Shock, pushing the company to the brink of bankruptcy. However, with a strong belief that "not a single employee will be laid off," he communicated the company's actual situation to employees and the entire company came together to overcome the management crisis. He always values communication with employees, and the trust between management and employees is his strength.
