Supporting the success of high school students with foreign roots

EIKOH SEISAKUSYO Co., Ltd. received a request from "Katariba" and "Gunma Prefectural Government" to implement the "Roots Internship" (an internship for current high school students with foreign roots).

At EIKOH SEISAKUSYO, students with roots in various countries and regions, including the Philippines, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, experienced "Platform Assembly and Soldering." EIKOH SEISAKUSYO provided support with a total of four managers and staff members, including Teshigawara, the company's president, and sub-leader Truong, a trainee from Vietnam.

I will never forget the sense of accomplishment on the students' faces when they completed the board and the LED lit up successfully.
It reminded us of the feeling we had when we soldered for the first time.

It was deeply moving to see people of various backgrounds, including EIKOH SEISAKUSYO staff, coming together at our company, using Japanese as their common language and working earnestly towards a common goal. At the same time, it also made me feel like I had caught a glimpse of the future of EIKOH SEISAKUSYO.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Katariba and Gunma Prefectural Government for proposing this project, as well as all other parties involved.

EIKOH SEISAKUSYO will continue to strive to be a place where everyone can shine.
