We at EIKOH SEISAKUSYO were asked by the prefecture to participate as presenters in the Gunma Multicultural Co-Creation Symposium, which was held at Netsugen, the Gunma Prefectural Government Office!

The meeting was moderated by Gunma Prefecture Governor Ichita Yamamoto, and featured the Multicultural Co-Creation Company discussing the future of Gunma and foreign talent.

Gunma Prefecture has a strong desire for "multicultural co-creation," and is leading the way among other prefectures in this field.

In addition to those who gathered in person at the venue, many people also participated in the online broadcast via ZOOM, making it a very lively symposium.

Many specific questions were asked by those who are working on the front lines every day, and I feel that we were able to exchange extremely useful information.

Our company also started accepting foreign personnel in 2005, a field that was still unfamiliar at the time, and since then, we have accumulated a wide range of experience.

What EIKOH SEISAKUSYO has in common with all of its human resource development, "present, past, and future," is that it continues to face its trainees head-on with the belief that "we develop human resources who can thrive no matter what country or what company they go to."
