Mr. Aziz, the representative of the NPO Tomonikurasu (commonly known as Tomokura), and our company's representative director, Mr. Teshigawara Satoru, held a discussion about "multicultural co-creation" and "education" at JINS PARK in Maebashi.
(It just so happened that the special feature on Tomokura was being broadcast internationally on NHK World, so it was a very eventful day. Congratulations!)
In fact, compared to 20 years ago when our company first began accepting foreign workers, the world has become more multicultural, and it is now natural to see people of various nationalities living in rural towns as well.
The world is currently undergoing rapid change, and our ability to adapt to it is being put to the test.
When we look at the company as one team, and Japan as one team, I think the most important thing is how well we can come together as a team, regardless of nationality.
The situation has changed dramatically in terms of what we aim for and how we achieve it, but we hope to continue to move forward step by step without losing sight of what is important, just as it has always been.
