[Speaking request] I gave a lecture on energy conservation at the Tomioka Chamber of Commerce and Industry's "Environmental Training Seminar."

At the "Environmental Training Seminar" held at Hotel Amuse Tomioka, sponsored by the Tomioka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, our company representative director, Satoru Teshigawara, gave a lecture entitled "Turning off electricity without cutting off human resources."
During my one-hour lecture, I explained the direction the world is currently heading in to improve the environment, the initiatives and systems our company has implemented, and what we can do.
Our energy conservation efforts involve soft aspects such as education and system building, which are highly compatible with any company or organization. Therefore, if this example spreads further around the world, we feel that it will help raise the energy management capabilities of Japan and the world (especially in the private sector).
We are currently working on a variety of energy conservation initiatives both inside and outside the company.
We will continue to make progress, step by step, every day, so that the day will come when we can give you new information to report.
