I was asked by Gunma Prefecture to be interviewed for the purpose of promoting the prefecture.
Gunma Prefecture is currently undertaking various initiatives to encourage young people from Vietnam to become interested in Gunma and visit Japan.
This time, we cooperated with a project called "Vetful", which aims to invite talented young people from Vietnam to Japan and have them promote the charms of Gunma through social media.
It has been about 20 years since our company began accepting Vietnamese personnel, and in recent years, cross-border exchanges have become more active.
Multiculturalism can sometimes cause problems due to differences in perceptions between people, but I feel that it is not just about the individual talent; the quality of the education on the receiving side is also very important.
I believe that the extent to which we can unify our "spiritual standards" and work hard as teammates will determine the highest level that Japan's multicultural co-creation can reach in the future.
We intend to continue evolving every day so that we can continue to be your partner in surviving the modern age.
