Today, the Vietnamese Embassy visited both the factory and the nursing facility, and interviewed us about the secret to successfully employing foreign workers.
Vietnam is a country that sends many human resources, especially young people, to Japan.
For about 20 years, our company has been working hard together with Vietnamese trainees in accordance with Japanese rules.
The Vietnamese Embassy has also expressed high appreciation for our company's long-standing approach, and this interview gave me a renewed sense of confidence in our daily activities.
Of course, there are cultural differences between our two countries, but I hope that we can continue to respect each other, think first about how we should be as people, and be partners in creating the future together.
