Ricoh Japan Co., Ltd. ran an article about our company on their Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Support Site, which picks out and features small and medium-sized enterprises across the country. The article was divided into two parts.

The article is very interesting and covers two key points for our company: "energy saving" and "diversity management." If you have time, please take a look!

➀ "Cut off the electricity without cutting staff" Overcoming the adversity of an 80% drop in orders, the employees worked together to reduce electricity consumption, winning the Energy Conservation Award and achieving a significant increase in productivity EIKOH SEISAKUSYO-1 (Gunma Prefecture) | Case studies of ICT implementation in the manufacturing industry (machinery) │Small and medium-sized enterprises support site

② Learning from the failure of relying too much on one trading partner, the company is diversifying its business and engaging in CSR activities. It also widely disseminates information on its website, with a focus on "energy conservation" and "diversity management".
