Gunma Prefecture introduced our company's multicultural co-creation efforts as a "leading example," and professors from a well-known national university came to inspect the project.
EIKOH SEISAKUSYO began accepting foreign personnel on a full-scale basis about 20 years ago, and we have been working hard together toward our goal.
Currently, Vietnamese staff are working actively not only in the manufacturing sector but also in the nursing care sector.
I believe that from now on, the movement towards multicultural coexistence will become even more active in the world.
As the hosting party, we would like to take responsibility for providing education that respects Japan's good rules and culture, and continue to cherish the relationship in which we can grow together while respecting each other.
